He
was also founder and President of
MyGiveBack, Inc., a cause marketing company that
developed and managed programs to generate funds for
Charitable Causes through consumer spending. Prior to
MyGiveBack, he was co-founder and Senior Vice President for a telecommunications and
technology-marketing firm, where he was responsible for the
development, training and management of a nationwide sales
force of over 32,000, and development of affinity marketing
programs.
J.P. is
a licensed
NASD securities and Insurance broker (series 7 and 63, Life
and Health License), and spent seven years in the Investment
Banking and Insurance businesses with Legg, Mason, Great
Bay Securities and Alex Brown &
Sons.
His responsibilities there included corporate
finance, fixed income analysis and sales of fixed income
securities. He was successful in generating over $900
million in sales of fixed income securities with
Institutional Accounts and helped develop and introduce a
new mortgage loan risk assessment program to the
institutional investment banking community.
J.P. attended the University of Houston where he
was a football player and majored in finance and marketing.
He has been married for 16 years and has two children.
Lanny McCandles
Chief Financial Officer
Lanny has extensive experience in compliance
matters related to the legal, accounting and financial issues
affecting the development of publicly traded companies. He has
served as an expert in valuation, accounting and compliance in many
court matters in a variety of jurisdictions. His former and present
clients include: GTE Telecom, Safeway Stores, Cellexis
International, Nextwave Telecom, Qualcom, Freedom Wireless, Cingular,
Motorola Semiconductor, as well as a variety of Governmental
Agencies.
Lanny has three children.
Michael Mahoney
Chief Operations Officer
Michael has over 25 years of experience in the
medical supply and medication prescription industry.
He was one of the first 5 employees at Liberty
Medical where he helped grow the company into one of the most
successful medical supply companies in the U.S.
During his career, he has worked at four other
medical companies where his responsibilities consisted of developing
new product lines, training employees in the areas of Medicare,
Medicaid and Insurance verification and billing.
He has also held management positions in his
last three companies he has worked for, and he has also developed
long and trusting relationships with major product manufacturers.
Michael
has three children.
Shannon Young
Co-Founder/Executive Vice President
Shannon
has an
extensive background in sales/marketing and management for several
companies including United Parcel Service, where he led one
of the highest producing operations, and has been the Marketing
Director for numerous companies throughout his career.
He was a co-founder and Senior Vice President for a multi-million dollar telecommunications and
technology-marketing firm, and traveled throughout the U.S. and was
instrumental in helping to develop one of the largest sales
organizations to date within that industry.
Shannon is an
accomplished speaker/motivator/trainer, and has spoken to audiences
of untold thousands of individuals and business owners all across
the Country.
Prior to CCMI, he
founded market2win.com,
a
marketing and consulting firm that had clients ranging from
music artists to large corporations. Shannon was
CEO/President of Customer Edge, a
customer service consulting/training company , which had an
extensive international
client/subscriber base. FedEx®, along with numerous
other large and small companies, were among CE’s clients.
He also helped J.P. Monteverde to facilitate
the development of
Diabetes Gold, Inc. and Health Benefit
Card Plus.
His passion for CCMI
and helping its customers is derived from watching his Mother
deal with serious stress issues stemming
from inadequate patient advocacy from a multitude of medical supply
companies throughout her life until her death.
Shannon majored in
Marketing in college, and is married and has 4
children.
Anthony Christopher
Chief Marketing Officer
Anthony
has spent more than 30 years in the media and advertising
businesses, working with some of the most powerful brands on the
planet – as well as outside the planet -- NASA being a former client
with whom he spearheaded a highly successful national campaign on
behalf of the International Space Station.
Throughout his
career, he has produced commercials and other media
campaigns for General Motors, Sony, Boeing, Nissan,
Pepsi, Adidas,
Wells Fargo, Bank of China, Kawasaki, Honda,
Ford, Miller Brewing
and many others.
As the Founder
and President of Neovision, he worked with Warner Bros. Records,
Capital Record, Arista Records, Disney, 20th Century Fox,
MGM and a variety of other entertainment companies, overseeing all
production, advertising and public relations for a network of large
digital advertising screens. Anthony also acted as a
consultant with companies including Nissan, DSL.net,
Boeing, Pepsi,
and Cox Communications.
